Vanessa was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California. Growing up in this beautiful region, she developed a deep appreciation for its natural beauty and close-knit community. As a full-time agent and mother of four, Vanessa balances her professional career with her family responsibilities.

With an extensive background in mortgage financing and experience as an escrow assistant, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at McBride Realty. She has honed her skills over the years, working alongside her mother, Nancy Devoto, who is also a respected figure in the real estate industry. Together, they have formed a formidable team known as Team Devoto.

In pursuit of new opportunities and experiences, Vanessa and her family embarked on a journey that took them to Texas and Colorado. Over the course of ten years, they immersed themselves in different cultures and landscapes, gaining valuable insights into diverse real estate markets. However, their love for Sonoma County and their extended family ultimately drew them back to their roots. They returned to Santa Rosa to be closer to friends and family in the town they hold dear.

Vanessa’s journey from Santa Rosa through Texas and Colorado and back home has enriched her professional career and personal life. Her return to Sonoma County, and specifically Oakmont, has allowed her to combine her passion for real estate with her love for the community.
